FOR ALL WATER USER MEMBERS: Your payment of annual SPIA Dues & Water Fees constitutes your reaffirmation of the terms of your signed “Release & Waiver of Liability for Use of Non-Potable Water Provided by the Sphinx Park Improvement Association (SPIA) Summer Water System”.
